Pj's family and I decided to meet at the Yorktown Beach area. It is a favorite of mine for the charming scenic environment with a local coastal Virginia feel. We started near the Yorktown Victory monument and walked around until we ended at the rocks on the beach at the York River.
PJ is a wedding photographer based in Richmond and we came to know one another in an online photography group. He was a recipient of a kidney from someone in my hometown (Gloucester) so he struck up a conversation to see if I knew her. Even though I didn't know her, we became instant friends!
Not only do we connect personally but we are also a professional match as well. We both second shoot weddings for each other. He is such a cool cat and shoots excellent perspectives of the entire environment along with his subjects. I liked his style from the first time I saw his work. With my expressive and up close style - together we are an amazing team and are ale to give our clients beautifully varied galleries.
Not only is PJ a colleague and friend, he is MY family photographer. We did our family session in the same location and this is PJ's vision for this area. I'm in love with our family portraits he took and these are huge matted and framed prints I enjoy on my wall every day. I've even created custom jewelry with the family photos he took.
Don't forget: Any Enhanced Family Sessions booked during May 2016 will include a custom 3"x 3" Accordion Book designed by me. To receive our thank you gift, make sure you comment below.
